The International Accrediting Body of Online Schools (IABOS) has developed an internal academic standards evaluation process for all member organizations. This evaluation process assures service quality and consistency throughout our participating member programs. IABOS members can facilitate completion of their program via offline or online vehicles and can offer purely educational, motivational or a combination of content for its testing processes. Members can also award completion of their program purely on the successful test process or upon the test plus life and work accomplishments consideration. The result of each successful student enrollment is the issuance of a member Graduation or Diploma Package and the ongoing support services available to program graduates.
IABOS members must provide materials for review in the following categories for review against IABOS established standards:

Member Application/Pricing:
IABOS reserves the rights to accept or deny any application solely based on its decision to do so. It is a private enterprise and therefore not obligated to accept members based on any reason other than it has determined that it is in its best interest to do so. There is no financial obligation for a submission request. If you would like to be considered for acceptance, please complete the following information. You will be contacted within 48 business hours by a IABOS review board member.

Semi-Annual Review:
IABOS members are required to complete a semi-annual self-evaluation. This evaluation is filed and reviewed by IABOS. Member programs are reviewed and a recommendation report is provided to each member within 30 days of the original self-evaluation submission. A recommendations action plan or waiver request must be provided to IABOS by receiving member within 15 days. Failure to comply with this process will place the member at risk receiving a default notice. Default notices must the addressed within 10 business days by the receiving member or said member will lose its approval to be listed as a IABOS member.
